This workshop will focus on how each family dispute resolution process works, the role of parents, lawyers and the family dispute resolution professional in each process and when each process may be most appropriate and cost-effective.
This workshop will focus on how children are negatively affected by post-separation conflict between parents and the specific skills that parents can acquire to effectively coparent. Discussions will relate to post-separation decision-making responsibility, parenting principles, children’s care transitions, communication between parents and how post-separation disputes may either be avoided or resolved quickly and effectively.
