As a mediator, I am a neutral person who will not "side" with either one of you.
My role is to facilitate a discussion between both of you and to help you create your own solution to your conflict.
In my role as a mediator, I am able to provide you with a great deal of information, including information about the current state of the law, however, I cannot provide you with any legal advice or a legal opinion in relation to your rights and / or obligations, despite the fact that I am trained as a lawyer.
I have no power or authority to impose a solution on you. Instead, I will guide you through discussions which hopefully, will ultimately result in an agreement.
